Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. This position requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, as well as proficiency in various warehouse equipment. Duties Process outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and documented. Collaborate with team to ensure orders are processed and tracked in all systems. Perform order and fulfillment tasks, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Maintain an organized warehouse environment, keeping areas clean and free of hazards. Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes and improve efficiency. Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
