Warehouse & Air Import Customer Service Representative Pay:

$22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Warehouse & Air Import Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will support both warehouse operations and air import customer service, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal. Chinese language skills are highly preferred . Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer service to customers regarding warehouse and air import shipments. Coordinate and communicate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Assist with air import documentation and shipment coordination. Enter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information in company systems. Follow up on shipment issues, delays, and other customer requests. Support warehouse-related customer service activities as needed. Communicate effectively with customers and business partners by phone and email. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled in a timely and organized manner. Perform other duties related to warehouse and air import customer service as assigned. Qualifications Strong verbal and written English communication skills . Previous experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, air import, or warehouse operations is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Chinese language ability is a strong plus. Previous experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus. Compensation $22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
