About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Shipping & Receiving Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of execution across shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing slips. Prepare and pack outgoing orders according to shipping requirements and company standards. Scan and record serial numbers or product details for shipment tracking. Create shipping labels and documentation using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure timely delivery. Update tracking numbers, shipping costs, and shipment status in internal tracking system and spreadsheets. Communicate shipment details to internal teams and customers when required. Resolve shipping issues with carriers and follow up on delayed or damaged shipments. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Assist with inventory organization and warehouse tasks as needed.
