About the Role Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Worker to join our Shipping Department . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing outbound shipments to ensure that customer orders are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting overall customer satisfaction.. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. Verify shipping labels, packing lists, and carton information to ensure accuracy. Operate pallet jacks and assist with loading and unloading shipments. Coordinate with drivers and vendors for proper handling of outgoing shipments. Process shipping documents such as bills of lading and tracking information. Manage diverted or returned packages with proper documentation and handling. Utilize warehouse technology (RF Scanner/Android Device) to complete tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area. Support additional shipping tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics or warehouse settings preferred. High attention to detail and task focus.
