•$25.00 per hour Job description: Position Overview The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring all outgoing shipments are packaged accurately, securely, and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail , familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
•Shipping & Packaging (Primary Focus) Generate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx and UPS systems Scheduling freight / LTL on a daily basis. Prepare, package, and label outgoing orders according to company standards Select appropriate packaging materials to protect items during transit Generate shipping quotes using FedEx and UPS systems Schedule pickups and ensure all shipments meet daily cutoff times Verify shipping addresses, order accuracy, and special handling requirements Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when needed Maintain shipping supplies and reorder materials as necessary Stock Room & Inventory Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials Organize inventory in designated stock room locations Pull and stage items for packaging and shipment Assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits Update inventory management software with accurate data Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stock room environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar platforms preferred Prior warehouse, stock room, or shipping/receiving experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily shipping deadlines Bilingual
