Santa Maria, CA Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM ✅

Full-Time Position Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, pack, and process shipments to fulfillment centers as well as direct-to-customer orders Pick and verify products and quantities for outgoing shipments Print and apply shipping labels Ensure orders are packaged accurately and securely Prepare cartons and shipments according to fulfillment center requirements Maintain accurate shipping records Use computer systems to process and track shipments Meet daily shipping deadlines Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed Work closely with the team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time

Qualifications:

Basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to learn shipping and inventory software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to stand and work throughout the shift Previous shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Join the Team!
