SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

The Shipping Clerk/Driver is responsible for packaging and delivering daily shipments of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) orders on-time. In addition, the individual will pick-up/deliver materials, supplies, etc. as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Coordinate daily with Quality, Accounting, Shipping, and/or Production to prioritize delivery of PCB orders in a timely manner by following daily Shipment List. Prepare and pack all completed PCB orders for shipment and create packing slips. Create labels for shipments using FedEx or USP shipping software. Verify and match customer s tool number to completed PCB orders. Promptly deliver orders and pick-up outside services i.e. materials, supplies, etc. Handle all boards properly and with caution to avoid damages. Read travelers and understand outside service requirements. Respond to internal/external customers in a professional and timely manner. Safely operate company vehicle while following local laws and regulations. Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, customers and vendors. Ability to follow and comply with company s internal safety policies as well as external regulator agencies. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. High School Diploma or

GED. 2-5

years experience in shipping/driving preferred. Prior experience in PCB manufacturing industry preferred. Good sense of directions and ability to read and understand maps. Ability to read/understand travelers and outside service requirements a plus. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English. Ability to learn new skills and tasks as required, especially ProCim. Be punctual and maintain good attendance. Must have a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day. Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment. Good driving record Valid driver s license required.

: The manufacturing facility is exposed to electronics assembly equipment and materials. May require working in a controlled environment with specific temperature and humidity requirements.
