WILL CALL CLERK MINTON DOOR COMPANY
is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Will Call Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers, preparing and releasing materials, receiving shipments, and supporting the fast paced day-to-day operations of our shop and warehouse. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with will-call orders and material pickups Prepare, pull, and stage materials for customer pickup and deliveries Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Process shipping and receiving paperwork Operate a forklift to load and unload materials Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members in a professional manner Respond to emails and maintain clear communication using Microsoft Outlook Enter and maintain information using computer systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company safety procedures and warehouse practices Assist with other shop and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications & Skills Previous shipping and receiving experience required Forklift certification required Basic computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/email Strong customer service and communication skills Clean driving record Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task and complete tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative Sage experience is a plus Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials. The ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing 50+ lbs. is required. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working in a busy construction shop environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Pay:
From $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
