This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Temecula CA a nd able to work 1st shift s cheduled 8AM-4PM with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.The Role:
The Fulfillment Center Clerk i s an onsite role that combines clerical and operational responsibilities to support the daily functions of the fulfillment center. This position supports shipping operations, inventory and reporting tasks, and ensures compliance with client-specific and company-wide standards. The Clerk plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, safety, and team coordination across multiple clients and departments.What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance with client-specific pack-out and routing guide requirements Oversee fulfillment operations for multiple clients on multi-station pack-out lines Manage daily clerical reports and track non-merchandise inventory Notify supervisors of operational issues and maintain safety protocols Meet productivity and accuracy goals Assist in other departments as neededWho You Are:
Team-oriented with a cooperative and proactive attitude Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communicator Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively Comfortable working in both clerical and physical warehouse environments Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhat You've Done:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications Demonstrated ability to manage reports, inventory, and team performance Nice toHaves:
Previous experience in a fulfillment or clerical role Experience supporting multi-client operations Bilingual communication skillsPhysical Demands & Working Conditions:
Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift Able to work overtime and in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, machinery, etc.) Cart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
