Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately using order picking and packing procedures. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data entry accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment priorities. Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving protocols, trade regulations, and international trade regulations when applicable. Maintain detailed records of shipments, including inbound/outbound logs, incident reports, and delivery documentation. Assist with packaging orders securely to prevent damage during transit while optimizing space for efficient shipping logistics. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with a focus on shipping & receiving processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP platforms) and inventory management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations for weight, measurements, and quantities. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and trade compliance standards for domestic and international shipments. Competency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes. Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency is highly desirable.
