Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate to manage the flow of inventory and ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (8-hour day shift).

Compensation:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Location:

In-person at our Denver, CO 80216 facility.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:

Use Android Zebra devices and laptops to process inbound inventory, verify receipts, and move items to proper "put-away" locations.

Shipping Pack-Out:

Pack and verify unique orders for accuracy, applying shipping labels using our specialized software.

Shipping Coordination:

Process shipments via carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Uni Uni.

Quality & Integrity:

Perform light cycle counts at the end of shifts and maintain inventory security while solving issues as they arise.

Communication:

Coordinate with the Account Management team regarding pack-out issues or carrier selections.

Warehouse Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized environment and assist in other areas during light receiving periods.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High school diploma or GED certificate.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (steel-toed shoes are not required).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong overall computer skills.

Soft Skills:

High level of attention to detail, excellent math skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.

Work Ethic:

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
