Weaver Stone Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Imaging Technician to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our slab inventory organized, accurate, and ready for both our sales team and customers. The Receiving & Imaging Technician is responsible for receiving incoming stone shipments, inspecting materials for accuracy and condition, organizing slabs within the warehouse, and creating high-quality digital images of each slab for inventory and sales purposes. This role works closely with our purchasing, sales, production, and warehouse teams to make sure materials are properly documented and easy to locate. Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying incoming granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, porcelain, and other materials; checking slabs against purchase orders and packing documents; labeling and organizing inventory; photographing and imaging slabs using company equipment and software; updating inventory records; identifying and documenting damaged or incorrect materials; and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized receiving and imaging area. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with technology, able to pay close attention to small details, and willing to work in an active warehouse environment. Experience in stone fabrication, warehousing, receiving, inventory, photography, or similar work is helpful but not required . Training will be provided.
