POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full-time, hourly, onsite role based in Fort Collins, CO. As a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate, you'll play an essential role in delivering the Ritchey customer experience. You'll prepare, inspect, package, and ship customer orders while supporting inventory, quality control, and warehouse operations. Every order that leaves our facility represents our commitment to farmers and ranchers, and you'll help ensure every shipment is accurate, secure, and on time.
POSITION HATS
Shipping Hand Help prepare customer orders for shipment by accurately picking, packing, and labeling products. Learn and use shipping software such as Ship Station to ensure every order is processed correctly and leaves on time. Protector of the Package Treat every shipment like it represents the Ritchey name. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before packing each order securely to ensure customers receive their orders accurately and in excellent condition. Inventory Wrangler Assist with maintaining an organized warehouse by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, organizing products, and participating in routine inventory counts. Help keep inventory accurate so the team can work efficiently. Quality Control Scout Inspect products, labels, and packaging for quality and accuracy before shipment. Report any damaged products, printing issues, or discrepancies so they can be corrected before reaching the customer. Reliable Hand Pitch in wherever needed to support the Shipping, Production, and Customer Service teams. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company procedures and safety guidelines. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Always starting with our farmers and ranchers in mind… Shipping & Fulfillment Pick customer orders accurately. Process shipments through Ship Station and Salesforce. Package products to prevent shipping damage. Verify quantities against packing slips. Print shipping labels and required documentation. Stage completed orders for carrier pickup. Communicate shipping concerns to the Shipping Lead. Inventory & Quality Control Support Receive inbound inventory. Stock warehouse locations. Rotate inventory. Assist with inventory counts. Maintain inventory accuracy. Inspect the tags. Verify engraving quality. Report on defects.
WHO WE NEED - KEY EXPERTISE & REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment role. Strong attention to detail—you don't miss the little things. Dependable and organized—you thrive on routine but stay flexible when priorities shift. Able to lift up to to 50 lbs. regularly and be on your feet most of the day. A positive, can-do attitude—you're here to work hard and help the team win. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
