As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, organizing inventory, preparing outgoing shipments, and helping maintain an efficient and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production and warehouse setting. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and unload incoming steel, hardware, and material shipments Verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Pull materials and products for production and customer orders Package and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently Create shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight companies Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Support general warehouse and production operations when necessary Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Basic computer skills for shipping software and inventory tracking Forklift experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($16-$25/hour) Full-time stable employment Opportunity for growth within a growing family-owned company Team-oriented work environment Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Full-time Apply If you are dependable, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
