Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as a Packer/Shipper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within our warehouse. You will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting the overall flow of goods through our distribution center. Duties Carefully pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picking tools such as pickers and pallet jacks Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling with forklifts and other warehouse equipment Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data entry accuracy Verify shipping & receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards when applicable Organize products in designated storage areas, stocking shelves accurately and maintaining a clean workspace Collaborate with warehouse management system (WMS) to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve order fulfillment speed Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations Ensure all packaging meets quality standards while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance requirements Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and load/unload machinery safely (certification preferred) Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external vendors effectively Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and trade compliance standards is a plus Join us as a Packer/Shipper and become an essential part of our supply chain!
