Responsibilities:

Assist customers with domestic and international shipping services including UPS, USPS, Process and track packages, handle returns, and manage drop-off shipments Operate printing and copying equipment to fulfill customer print orders Provide notary, mailbox, faxing, and other business support services as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment Handle POS transactions, process payments, and balance the cash drawer accurately Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service, retail, or shipping/logistics experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn proprietary shipping software Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed
