The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, basic math proficiency, and knowledge of shipping documentation to include export documents. Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments in accordance with company procedures. Perform accurate data entry related to shipments and shipping documentation. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups. Ensure compliance with safety standards when handling packages, including lifting items up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing shipment inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving transactions for tracking purposes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of shipments. Requirements Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and calculating shipment details. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Experience with data entry related to shipping. Knowledge of logistics processes and international trade regulations is advantageous. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments efficiently in the order of their importance. Prior experience in shipping or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
