Job Description The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate works in a fast-paced warehouse environment preparing customer and e-commerce orders for shipment. This position involves reviewing orders, picking products, packing orders by hand, labeling shipments, and preparing products for Amazon pallet shipments. Successful candidates must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable maintaining a steady pace throughout the workday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately pick products according to customer orders. Pack and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Inspect products for damage, defects, or other quality concerns before shipment. Keep products separated, organized, and in good condition. Assemble packages and apply appropriate shipping labels. Meet daily fulfillment requirements and shipping deadlines. Label, pack, and prepare units for palletized shipments to Amazon. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Work effectively as part of a team and assist coworkers as needed. Perform repetitive picking, packing, labeling, and fulfillment tasks. Maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate consistent punctuality, attendance, and reliability. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to maintain an efficient work pace while ensuring order accuracy and product quality. Seasonal Employment This is a seasonal full-time position intended to provide additional fulfillment support during Archoil's busy fall and winter months. Seasonal employment is anticipated to continue through the end of 2026. Seasonal employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, attendance, teamwork, and a positive work ethic may be considered for permanent employment as positions become available. Permanent employment is not guaranteed and will be based on company needs and individual performance.
