Job Description

Overview The Shipping Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, order picking, and material handling. This role requires experience working in a warehouse environment, operating a tow motor (forklift), and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure efficient and safe operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and products Operate a tow motor (forklift) and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety procedures Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to warehouse management Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Qualifications & Experience Prior warehouse experience required Certified or experienced tow motor (forklift) operator training Ability to read pick tickets, packing slips, and inventory documents Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Strong attention to detail and accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety Join us as a Shipping Assistant where your energy fuels our success!
