$17.00 - $17.57 JOB DETAILS Job Summary The Assistant Receiving Manager supports receiving operations by assisting with the processing of incoming shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This role helps ensure efficient daily operations and supports inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities
+ Support daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments
+ Assist in verifying deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
+ Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy
+ Help identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages
+ Provide support and guidance to receiving staff during daily operations
+ Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities
+ Ensure receiving areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
+ Communicate operational issues or concerns to management Qualifications
+ Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations
+ Basic understanding of receiving processes
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in a supervisory or lead role
+ Familiarity with inventory and receiving processes
+ Experience in high-volume environments Work Environment / Expectations Primarily warehouse or receiving environment. Requires standing, walking, and handling product for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on delivery schedules and business needs. Benefits & Perks
