Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining the flow of products and materials throughout the facility.
Compensation:
Competitive and negotiable based on experience Primary Responsibilities Pack and ship products to customers using the most efficient methods while considering delivery deadlines and shipping costs Expedite rush orders as needed Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products Complete shipment documentation using MIS, FedEx, and UPS systems Schedule shipments with couriers and common carriers Receive incoming products into the MIS system, verify accurate counts, and distribute items to designated storage areas Maintain inventory counts for fulfillment items Help maintain shipping and packaging supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with coordinating and scheduling driver deliveries Serve as a backup driver when needed Assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems a plus Strong computer skills and strong math skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move cartons weighing 50-75 lbs. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle paper products/materials High School diploma or equivalent required Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
