SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE

- Brooksville Brooksville Manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Distribution & Service Center team. This is a hands-on warehouse position ideal for candidates with measuring and metal handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments Package and ship products per customer specifications Build skids and wood boxes for shipments Operate metal cutting machines, deburring machines, and nail guns Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Follow quality standards and procedures Operate forklift (or obtain certification) Support daily warehouse and inventory operations

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Warehouse/inventory experience required Strong experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) - required Experience with metal cutting equipment (saw operation a plus) Forklift experience preferred Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach Strong written and verbal communication skills (American English) Team player with strong work ethic
