• Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders
• Inspect packages for damages and report any discrepancies to the appropriate parties
• Unload and load trucks using a pallet jack or other equipment as necessary
• Utilize an RF scanner to accurately track inventory and update records in the warehouse management system
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments
• Ensure that all items are properly labeled, packaged, and secured for transportation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
• Proficient in using a pallet jack, Forklift, Picker, RF scanner, and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
