Full-Time Decimal Engineering is a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing facility specializing in precision CNC machining and custom sheet metal fabrication. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy keeping operations organized and moving efficiently, we'd like to hear from you. We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Admin to support the daily administrative workflow of our Shipping/Receiving department. This role is responsible for creating shipping documents, coordinating outbound shipments, and managing accurate records to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials. What You'll Do Create shipping documents including shippers, BOLs, and labels Process UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments Scan and maintain all required shipping and receiving documentation Coordinate daily administrative needs for the Shipping/Receiving team Support accurate documentation for inbound and outbound deliveries Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing #zr
Requirements:
What You Bring High School Diploma required Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or related administrative role Experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping systems Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Forklift certification a plus Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with all levels of the organization Why Join Decimal Engineering Decimal Engineering is ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR, and DFAR compliant and has been a trusted manufacturer since 1967.
