Full-Time / Part-Time (specify) About FreshWax FreshWax is a fast-growing live sports card breaking business operating across Whatnot and Fanatics Live. We run live breaks for baseball, football, basketball, and other trading card products, shipping thousands of cards to collectors nationwide every week. Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipper to join our fulfillment team. You'll be responsible for accurately packaging and shipping sports cards purchased by customers during our live breaks, ensuring every card arrives safely and on time. Responsibilities Pull, verify, and package cards according to order/pick lists Use penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and bubble mailers/boxes to properly protect cards during shipping Print and apply shipping labels (label printer experience a plus) Match shipments to customer orders with a high degree of accuracy — zero tolerance for mis-ships Track and organize outbound packages Maintain a clean, organized shipping station and inventory of packing supplies Flag damaged, missing, or discrepant cards to the operations team Meet daily/weekly shipping quotas and turnaround-time goals Communicate professionally with team leads regarding order issues or delays Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy under volume Ability to stand/work at a packing station for extended periods Basic computer skills (order lookup, label printing software) Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a fast-paced team Experience handling trading cards or collectibles is a plus but not required Experience with USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping processes is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Repetitive hand motion (sleeving/loading cards, packing boxes) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Fast-paced, collector-friendly work environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding hobby business
