We run live breaks for baseball, football, basketball, and other trading card products, shipping thousands of cards to collectors nationwide every week. Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented Sorting Associate to join our fulfillment team. You'll be responsible for sorting cards pulled from live breaks, organizing them by customer/order, and entering order data into our label printing software so the shipping team can pack and ship with zero errors. Responsibilities Sort cards by breaker, customer, team, or order number according to break manifests/pick lists Cross-check sorted cards against order lists for accuracy Enter order/customer data into our label printing software Organize sorted cards into bins/trays/folders ready for the shipping station Identify and flag missing, duplicate, or misallocated cards before they reach shipping Keep sorting area clean and organized; maintain supply of sleeves, dividers, bins, labels Communicate discrepancies or order issues clearly to team leads Meet daily/weekly sorting quotas to keep pace with shipping turnaround goals Assist with basic inventory counts and data cleanup as needed Qualifications Basic computer skills — comfortable with simple, repetitive data entry Ability to learn label printing software (training provided) Strong attention to detail and accuracy under volume Ability to stand/work at a sorting station for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a fast-paced team Knowledge of sports and/or sports cards (players, teams, sets) is a big plus Experience handling trading cards or collectibles is a plus but not required Prior sorting, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Repetitive hand motion (sorting, sleeving, organizing cards) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Fast-paced, collector-friendly work environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding hobby business
