Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inspection Associate to join our Miami team. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming and final inspections of aircraft parts and related documentation in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, descriptions, condition, and traceability documentation to ensure full compliance. Execute stock checks and inventory pulls requested by Sales and generated through internal systems; identify and report discrepancies. Manage receiving processes, including opening shipments, inspecting parts and documentation, and ensuring compliance with purchase orders and regulatory requirements. Oversee shipping operations, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage and coordinating with Sales for timely deliveries. Prepare and process domestic, international, and will-call shipments in accordance with ATA-300, IATA, and company export compliance standards. Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and complete required export documentation. Maintain accurate records in inventory and database systems. Organize and maintain inventory, including stock counts and cycle counts. Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment (shipping, receiving, and inspection). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with inventory management systems (Quantum or Pentagon preferred). Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong data entry skills and accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with aircraft/engine parts and aviation industry practices is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
