Job Description
PrideStaff, on behalf of our client, is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a fast-paced aircraft parts company. This role is responsible for managing inbound/outbound inventory, order fulfillment, and stock organization. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; pick, pack, and label outgoing orders accurately. Process daily shipments using FedEx, UPS, and DHL modules. Utilize Quantum Control software to track stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and conduct counts. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory. Maintain safe, organized stock areas and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines. Requirements Must have previous experience in aviation/aircraft parts distribution. Must have hands-on proficiency with Quantum Control software. 3+ years in shipping and receiving operations. Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
