Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock levels are accurate and organized Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy, packaging integrity, and compliance with shipping standards Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and updating inventory management systems Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse environment Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations preferred Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks Proficiency with inventory management systems (IMS) and RF scanners for barcode scanning in logistics Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and packing materials safely Basic math skills for order calculations, inventory counts, and shipment documentation Strong adherence to safety protocols, PPE use, and warehouse procedures at all times Excellent attention to detail for order picking & packing, quality control, and stock management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in warehouse distribution, logistics operations, and materials handling.
