We are currently seeking a reliable Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. Job Summary The Receiving Associate is responsible for handling incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that goods are received and stored properly. This position plays an important role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and inventory control. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers and delivery vehicles. Verify quantities and product information against packing slips and shipment documentation. Inspect incoming merchandise for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Accurately record received inventory in warehouse management systems. Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations. Communicate inventory discrepancies and receiving issues to supervisors. Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to support daily operations. Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data-entry proficiency. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
