Softwash Technologies is the outfitter for professional exterior-cleaning contractors. We sell the pressure washers, softwash systems, surface cleaners, hoses, pumps and chemicals that pressure-washing businesses run on. We ship roughly 350 orders a month out of our Jensen Beach shop — everything from a $25 spray tip to a $20,000 trailer rig on a pallet. Small team, fast pace, real ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick, pack, label and ship retail orders — you'll work the overnight order queue first thing so everything that came in since yesterday goes out today
• Stage outbound packages for UPS pickup (Mon / Wed / Fri)
• Build kits and bundles — assemble multi-part systems to a spec sheet
• Receive inbound shipments, count and inspect them against the purchase order, and put stock away in the right shop location
• Print and match packing slips to orders; flag anything that doesn't match
• Help palletize and photograph freight shipments
• Keep the shop organized, stocked with packing materials, and clean
• Manage the warehouse and it's organization, layout, and cleanliness

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable and on time — the shift starts at 8:00 AM and that matters here
• Comfortable on your feet all shift and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Careful with detail — right part, right quantity, right box, every time
• Works with urgency without being told; finds the next task instead of waiting for it
• Communicates clearly — tells us right away when something is wrong or missing
• Basic computer comfort (we run Shopify, ShipStation and Slack; we'll train you)

NICE TO HAVE

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving or inventory experience
• Pressure washing / exterior cleaning background, or mechanical aptitude
• Forklift or pallet jack experience

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• On-site in Jensen Beach, FL.
