Shipping & Logistics Associate Pay Rate:

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and executing daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring orders are accurately prepared, packaged, labeled, and shipped on time. This position works closely with the warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory and ensure efficient movement of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate daily shipments with carriers and freight providers. Print shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders are dispatched. Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders. Load and unload boxes and pallets safely. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. Track shipments and follow up on delayed or damaged orders. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed. Follow all company safety and shipping procedures. Maintain a clean and organized shipping/warehouse area.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and accurate data entry. Experience with WMS or shipping systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move boxes/materials as required. Good communication and teamwork skills.
