Manzo Food Sales, Inc. has been a food importer and distributor in Miami for more than 40 years. As our e-commerce business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our team. Job Summary Manzo Food Sales is seeking a full-time Fulfillment Associate to support our E-Commerce Department. This position works Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm at our Doral warehouse and is responsible for accurately picking, repacking, labeling, and packaging products for online customer orders. This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring accuracy, organization, teamwork, and the ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced order-fulfillment environment. Previous e-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Monthly Performance Bonus This position receives a monthly performance bonus. Bonus amounts are based on established departmental productivity and business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Order Fulfillment:

Pick, repack, label, and package products for online customer orders according to company standards.

Order Accuracy:

Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging to help ensure each order is complete and accurate.

Packing and Shipping Preparation:

Assemble, tape, label, and seal boxes for shipment.

Stock Replenishment:

Replenish fulfillment areas and help maintain accurate and organized inventory.

Receiving and Unpacking:

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming products as needed.

Product Organization:

Arrange products on shelves and keep merchandise properly separated, organized, and in good condition.

Productivity Standards:

Work efficiently to meet established departmental productivity and order-fulfillment expectations.

Inventory Support:

Assist with inventory counts and stock-taking activities.

Work Area Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and safe work area.

Additional Support:

Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills. Forklift experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive lifting, packing, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
