Job Summary We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Miami, FL 33182. This hands-on warehouse role supports order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced biotechnology and pharmaceutical environment. The Order Fulfillment Associate will help receive inventory, pick and pack customer orders, scan products, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately and safely.
• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Pack products securely, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Scan and confirm each order in the warehouse system to support order accuracy.
• Sort, stage, and organize packages while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory and support daily productivity goals. Compensation and Benefits
• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous warehouse experience is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and peak-season overtime.
• Spanish is required.
• English is not required but preferred. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
