Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare shipments and outbound orders. Prepare and review packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation. Verify products, lot numbers, quantities, and pallet information before shipment. Enter and maintain accurate shipping information in the company systems. Support inventory and warehouse-related activities as needed. Ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time. Communicate with internal teams and customers to identify and resolve shipping issues. Maintain accurate records and follow established shipping and operational procedures. Qualifications Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
