Full Job Description Position Overview:
Germain Toyota of Naples is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient flow of automotive parts in and out of the dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against invoices and packing slips Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies promptly Accurately stock parts in designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery or shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist parts advisors and technicians in locating and distributing parts Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as needed Keep accurate records using inventory management systems

Qualifications:
Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
