Shipping Assistant Marissa Collections is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our team in the high-fashion industry. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and the careful handling of high-quality merchandise. As a Shipping Assistant, you will support daily shipping and receiving operations, helping ensure that merchandise is accurately prepared, packaged, documented, and shipped on time. Schedule This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, label, and process outgoing shipments Verify products and quantities against shipping and receiving documentation Handle high-fashion garments and merchandise with care Assist with inventory organization and stock movement Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shipping area Track shipments and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Perform other shipping, receiving, and warehouse-related duties as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow established shipping and inventory procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, retail, or fashion-industry experience is preferred but not required Ability to safely lift and move packages as required by the position About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in working behind the scenes in the high-fashion industry.
