In this energetic role, you will ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers efficiently. Your proactive approach will help maintain a seamless shopping experience by managing inventory, handling merchandise with care, and supporting overall store operations. A Day at Quicky Markets Arrive at our main warehouse in the morning to pick up merchandise for the day's store deliveries Deliver and restock merchandise at assigned store locations, making sure products are neatly displayed and accessible Pick up additional inventory from our distributors and suppliers as needed Check stock levels, organize back stock, and report any discrepancies Take photos of shelves after restocking each store for quality tracking Prep merchandise at the warehouse for the next day's deliveries Leave every store clean, organized, and fully stocked Responsibilities Restock shelves promptly by receiving, unpacking, and organizing products using manual handling techniques Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels and maintaining organized storage areas Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms and store shelves Provide friendly customer support by answering basic questions about product locations or availability Follow safe lifting and handling practices during all manual tasks Requirements Warehouse, retail, or delivery experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy
Bilingual:
Spanish required, English a plus Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and repetitive tasks while following safety standards Reliable transportation with cargo space (small van or SUV) for making store deliveries Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable attitude Room to Grow We've grown from 1 store to 12 in under three years, and we're not slowing down.
