Shipping Associate - Forklift Tamarac, FL | $19+/hr | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with shipping, warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work, using hand and power tools, and supporting multiple areas of the operation.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks safely and accurately Build shipping crates using hand and power tools Verify shipments and maintain accurate records Assist with inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization Support trade show preparation and other departmental needs as required

Qualifications:

1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience Forklift experience required Experience using hand and power tools Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed
