Transportation, Logistics, Trucking Description Provide excellent customer service and manage incoming calls.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information and measuring items against bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
  • Schedule and review daily delivery and carrier appointments.
  • Process incoming deliveries and check in/out all tractors and trailers promptly.
  • Complete and process outbound loads accurately. Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
  • Complete and file all daily audits/reports and paperwork, including but not limited to TDR verification, yard audits, Dockmaster Updates, FUD Reports, Peculiar inventory tracking, etc.
  • Maintain effective communication, visibility and actively participate within the team and all staffing needs and with IB/OB clerks.
  • Resolve shipping and receiving issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete daily audits, including yard checks and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and report any noncompliance.
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies such as mis-shipped packages or damaged goods.
  • Follow all company safety rules and assist in enforcement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 $22.00 per hour Shift Differential $2.00
Shift:
BHN Wednesday-Saturday 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
