The Role As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be right in the middle of the action, handling everything from exciting new inventory to the cards and collectibles our customers can't wait to get their hands on. You'll help sort and organize inventory, process orders, carefully package valuable collectibles, and ensure every customer receives exactly what they ordered. You'll also assist with customer service and help us find smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to operate. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, thrive in a high-energy environment, and understand that every order represents something special to the collector receiving it. What You'll Do Sort, organize, and manage sports cards, Pokémon, trading cards, memorabilia, and other collectibles. Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining our high standards for quality and presentation. Carefully handle and package valuable collectibles to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Assist with inventory management, organization, and regular inventory counts. Provide excellent customer service by helping resolve order questions and fulfillment-related issues. Work closely with our fulfillment and livestreaming teams to keep orders moving quickly and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Bring fresh ideas to the table! Help identify opportunities to improve our processes, increase efficiency, and create an even better customer experience. Passion for the hobby:

An interest in sports, trading cards, collectibles, or memorabilia. Knowledge of the hobby is a huge plus but isn't a requirement.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$15/hour, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses

Health, Dental & Vision Insurance:

Available after 60 days of employment, with the company covering 50% of employee premiums
