CPL Aromas Reports to: Planning, Shipping, Purchasing Manager Job Purpose To handle import and export tasks. Tasks and Responsibilities Perform data entry and preparation of Certificates of Origin (COO), Form D, and other export-related documentation. Handle the full set of import and export shipping documentation independently. Coordinate export shipment bookings and delivery arrangements for truck, air, courier and sea freight. Liaise closely with internal departments and external parties, including Planners, Warehouse, 3PL, etc, to ensure smooth shipment execution. Prepare and manage customs declarations, documentation, filing, and record maintenance. Source, evaluate, and develop transport and freight forwarding service providers as required. Coordinate and attend CPC inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Maintain and update shipment, inventory, and logistics information accurately in the system. Handle customer delivery requests and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of delivery requirements. Monitor and manage external warehouse operations, including inventory coordination, stock movements, storage arrangements, and shipment activities. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time. Skills and Attributes Required Diploma/Degree holder. Two or three years of experience in shipping, fresh graduates are welcome. Good command of spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Can handle daily Job arrangement on time & accurately. Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and to be able to work in a team setting. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Electronic Trade Declaration System. Knowledge of
ERP D365
Knowledge of Incoterms. Experience working in Manufacturing is an advantage. Experience in handling DG cargo shipment, HalaL Good shipment, and CPC inspection are an advantage.
