Job Description
We are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a growing manufacturing company in West Palm Beach, FL . This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Temporary Key Responsibilities Accurately pack, label, and prepare parts and products for domestic and international shipments Assist with crating and vacuum packing machinery and equipment Generate shipping documents and labels using ERP systems and UPS/FedEx shipping platforms Properly package mixed merchandise to ensure safe and secure delivery Verify outgoing shipments by weighing, measuring, and inspecting items against purchase orders and packing slips Maintain accurate shipping records and follow applicable shipping procedures and regulations Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming materials Work closely with the inventory team to maintain organized materials and products Prioritize critical orders to ensure shipments are processed on time Coordinate outside vendor service pickups and drop-offs Monitor shipping and packaging supplies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms is a plus Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable and able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
