Minimum of one year of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping software. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Basic math skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and shipping documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve routine operational issues.

The Shipping Associate is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, documented properly, and shipped on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Coordinate with warehouse team members and leadership to ensure efficient shipping operations. Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping documentation to support audits, shipment tracking, and research. Participate in daily team meetings and communicate operational updates. Process customer orders, including small parcel and drop shipments. Support Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping operations. Load, unload, and move materials using approved warehouse equipment. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and shipping software to accurately process shipments. Verify product labeling, shipping documentation, and order accuracy before shipment. Assist with inventory movement, organization, and cycle count activities as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards. Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. At least 18 years of age. Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.Minimum of one year of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
