Role:

We're looking for detail-oriented, dependable women with a strong work ethic and a small-business mindset to join our Shipping & Fulfillment team! This position plays a huge role in how we serve our online customers. From carefully pulling orders to beautifully packaging shipments, our fulfillment team helps create the experience customers know and love from The Pink Pineapple. This is a fast-paced, active position that requires someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and take pride in getting the little details right.

Responsibilities Include:

Pulling and packing online orders accurately and safely Processing and organizing incoming inventory Lifting and moving shipment boxes Steaming, tagging, and preparing merchandise Maintaining clean and organized work areas Working closely with our in-store and online operations teams Helping ensure orders are shipped quickly and correctly

What We're Looking For:

Detail-oriented and highly organized Responsible and self-motivated Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift heavy boxes and shipments Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mindset Passion for supporting a growing small business Retail, shipping, inventory, or boutique experience is a plus — but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most to us.
