Job Summary:
This is a working supervisory position requiring delegation of assignments and follow-up on completion; routinely performs tasks involved in receiving, processing, and shipping goods. Sorts, tests, and describes the donated jewelry. Under general supervision of the Ecommerce Manager, is responsible for all functions of accepting and processing goods through the ecommerce channel. Performs tasks involved in the sorting, evaluation, listing, and shipping of goods for the Ecommerce department. This position must identify and select donated products to sell on the ShopGoodwill.com website by thoroughly examining each product to determine the correct condition, manufacturer, and other pertinent criteria. This position is required to take detailed and clear photos, write concise, appealing and accurate descriptions, and meet or exceed the daily listing production goals. Also must ensure the general cleanliness and organization of all assigned work areas.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Desire a minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing or retail setting. Some personal knowledge of item values is critical. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
