Job Summary:

The Shipping Support Associate is responsible for preparing boxes and packages for shipment to ensure orders are safely packed and ready for delivery. This role supports the shipping team by maintaining packing supplies, organizing outgoing orders, and ensuring packaging meets company quality standards. This role supports overall business operations by assisting with shipping and receiving, inventory counts, and building out supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble boxes for outgoing shipments Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit Organize completed shipments for pickup or carrier delivery Maintain a clean and organized packing and shipping area Monitor and restock packing supplies as needed Assist with basic shipping and warehouse support tasks Other tasks that support the overall flow of operations

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic teamwork and communication skills Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:

This role is based in the shipping area of a compounding pharmacy and involves standing, packing, and handling boxes throughout the shift.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
