Job Summary The eCommerce Shipping Associate coordinates the physical fulfillment and dispatch of digital retail orders. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency required (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering). Comfort learning custom ERP and carrier software. High accuracy in reading packing slips and matching product SKUs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
