Job Summary The eCommerce Shipping Associate coordinates the physical fulfillment and dispatch of digital retail orders. This role ensures customer orders are accurately processed, securely packaged, and shipped efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses high attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and maintains clear organization to meet daily shipping windows. Core Responsibilities Accurately pick, securely pack, and label customer orders while strictly adhering to shipping guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Generate shipping documents, optimize shipping costs, and coordinate daily pickups with major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Assist with monitoring stock levels, handle incoming shipments, perform regular cycle counts, and report low inventory to inventory teams. Utilize order management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, and carrier software to update tracking information. Process and resolve delivery discrepancies and customer returns in a timely manner. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse fulfillment, shipping, or eCommerce operations preferred. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency required (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering). Comfort learning custom ERP and carrier software. High accuracy in reading packing slips and matching product SKUs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation Pay Rate:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on experience)
