The Role We are hiring a detail-oriented, dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our production team. The Fulfillment Associate performs hands-on tasks in support of print and direct mail projects, including assembly, kitting, packaging, labeling, mail sorting, shipping, and inventory support. This role ensures client orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in compliance with USPS regulations and company quality standards, and serves as a quality checkpoint before materials leave the floor. Primary Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, kit, label, and prepare printed materials and products for shipment according to job tickets and client specifications.
  • Assemble kits and promotional materials as required.
  • Verify accuracy of client orders against work orders and job tickets prior to packaging and shipping.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and tracking materials.
  • Sort, tray, tag, and sleeve mail according to USPS regulations and client requirements.
  • Operate mail inserting, folding, sorting, and related fulfillment equipment; assist with hand-sorting tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, counts, and logs.
  • Follow all company quality control processes to ensure error-free output.
  • Assist with special projects, custom client requests, and large-volume fulfillment jobs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate mailing and fulfillment equipment, hand tools, and pallet jacks.
  • Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained across other areas of the operation.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Experience in fulfillment, mailing, warehouse, or print production preferred. What We Offer for eligible positions:
