Our main focus is selling clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. Part-time and full time positions available Management opportunities available Warehouse hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm Job duties and responsibilities may include: Pulling and shipping items that have sold Processing incoming merchandise Photograph products Create product listings Respond to customer questions Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic typing, phone, and computer navigation skills Ability to navigate the Internet, email, google Good written and verbal communication skills Creative and able to multi-task Desire to continually learn Solution orientated and self-motivated Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs Uphold company values and respect every customer Exude patience and ownership with each customer Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
